For agents and brokerages

Website builder for real estate agents

Buyers and sellers look you up before they call. Describe your business in one sentence and Atlas builds a site that is yours: your name and brokerage, your listings and projects, guides to the areas you know, and inquiries that go straight to your email.

Why it matters

Built for how people pick an agent

Most people choose an agent they feel they already know: someone who clearly knows the neighborhood, shows real homes they've sold or listed, and is easy to reach. A site of your own carries your name, your photos and your local knowledge, and every inquiry comes to you instead of a shared list. Small developers and brokerages need the same thing for their projects.

The must-haves

What a real estate website has to do

Six things that turn a visitor into a buyer or seller who reaches out to you. Atlas drafts each one from your sentence; your listings, photos and local knowledge make it yours.

Your name and brand, with your brokerage

Lead with who you are: your photo, your story, the neighborhoods you work. In Florida, every real estate ad must include the licensed name of your brokerage, and on a website it belongs next to your contact details.

Florida's license search

How Atlas handles it: Tell Atlas your brokerage and how your name should appear; it writes them into the page.

Listings and projects you can show

Show current listings, recent sales or the projects you're building, each with your own photos and a short caption. Small developers can give each project its own spot with plans, progress photos and the area.

How Atlas handles it: Atlas builds galleries with captions for your listings and projects. You add the photos and update them by asking; nothing is pulled from the MLS.

Inquiries that come straight to you

A short form for buyers (what they want, a budget range, timing) and for sellers (the address, timing) makes it easy for people who are ready to talk to reach out.

How Atlas handles it: Every site has a working request form. Each inquiry goes to your email and your Atlas inbox, and it isn't shared with other agents.

Area guides

Guides to the neighborhoods you know (schools, commutes, parks, flood zones, what the homes are like) show local knowledge better than any slogan, and give people a reason to come back.

How Atlas handles it: Give Atlas a topic, like “Living in Lakewood Ranch”, and it drafts a blog post you can edit before you publish it.

A call button for quick questions

Some buyers want to ask one question right now. A call button near the top of the page, made for a thumb, gets them to you in one tap.

How Atlas handles it: Give Atlas your number and it becomes a call button. It never invents a phone number.

Reviews from real clients

Buyers and sellers read what your past clients say. Add real reviews as you close.

How Atlas handles it: Atlas never writes reviews. It leaves a clearly marked spot until you add real ones.

Your MLS search: link it, honestly

Showing live MLS listings on your own site (IDX) needs your MLS's approval and an approved IDX provider, and Atlas doesn't connect to the MLS. If you already use a property search page, your site can link to it.

How Atlas handles it: Ask Atlas for a button that opens the search page you already use; it opens in a new tab.

Example

One sentence, one website

This is the kind of sentence an owner types, and the first screen Atlas builds from it.

The sentence
“Sandwren Realty, a small real estate brokerage in Naples, FL: buyers and sellers in Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island, new-construction projects and area guides, with bilingual agents.”

A made-up business for this example, not a real company.

How it works

Three steps to your site

  1. Describe your business

One sentence: who you are, your brokerage, the areas you know and the clients you help.

  2. See it free

Atlas builds the site with your brand, galleries for listings, room for area guides and an inquiry form. You see it finished before you pay anything.

  3. Add your listings

Upload photos of your listings or projects, add your brokerage name and real reviews, and ask for any change in plain words. Publish when it's ready.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can my site show MLS listings automatically?

No. Live MLS listings (IDX) need your MLS's approval and an approved IDX provider, and Atlas doesn't connect to the MLS. You can show your own listings and projects with your photos, and add a button that links to the property search you already use.

What does Florida require on a real estate website?

Florida's advertising rule (61J2-10.025 of the Florida Administrative Code) says every real estate ad must include the licensed name of the brokerage, and on a website it goes next to, or right above or below, your contact details. If you're unsure about your case, ask your broker.

Can I publish area guides?

Yes. Give Atlas a topic, like a neighborhood you know, and it drafts a blog post for you to edit and publish. Add your own photos and local tips.

Where do inquiries from my site go?

To your email and your Atlas inbox. They aren't shared with other agents or sold, and there's no fee per lead.

Can my real estate site be in Spanish?

Yes. Your site can be in English, Spanish or both, including the inquiry form.

What does it cost?

Seeing your finished site is free. When you're ready to publish, the pricing section on our home page has the details.
